Do you provide the alcohol

Most clients choose BYO so they can pick labels and control budget. We can coordinate ordering or delivery through licensed retailers. Rules vary by state and venue, so we align the plan with local compliance.

Can you help with a shopping list

Yes. We estimate quantities for spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice based on guest count and service hours. We can also tailor the list to your menu and season.

How far in advance should I book

Prime dates go first. Reach out 2 to 6 months ahead when possible. If your event is sooner, send details and we will check availability.

What areas do you serve and what are the travel terms

We serve events nationwide. Out of state bookings include a flat 100 dollar fee that covers the first 30 miles from the destination airport. Additional distance is billed at 1.00 per mile.

How many bartenders do I need

Plan one bartender per 75 guests for mixed drinks. Add a barback for higher volume, long lines, or premium menus. We will confirm staffing once we review your timeline and layout.

What is included in the setup

Mobile bar, professional tools, menu display, garnish prep, ice management, mixers per package, and cleanup of the bar area at strike. Upgrades and decor accents are available with Premium.

What do you need from the venue

Level space for the bar, access for load in, and a nearby standard power outlet if you want accent lighting or equipment. Water access and trash service are helpful but optional. Share venue rules early so we can align.

Do you carry insurance and provide a COI

Yes. Certificates of Insurance are available on request. Send venue requirements so we can issue the correct documentation.

Do you offer mocktails or non-alcoholic service

Yes. We can build a full NA menu or pair mocktails with your signature cocktails so every guest has a great option.

Can you create signature cocktails and menu signage

Yes. We design a custom menu that fits your theme and season. Tastings can be arranged when scheduling allows.

Do you provide glassware and ice

We can coordinate rental glassware or use disposables. We also offer an Ice and Cooler plan and manage ice volume throughout service.

What is your policy on shots and very high proof service

Safety first. We may limit shots or very high proof service based on venue rules, timeline, and client preference. We always card guests and follow local laws.

How do you handle ID checks and guests under 21

We check IDs and refuse service when required. We also provide attractive non-alcoholic options so underage guests feel included.

What should I budget for mixers and garnish

It depends on your menu and guest count. As a quick guide, plan higher for citrus and sparkling mixers in warm weather, and higher for spices or syrups for fall and winter menus. We will give you a tailored estimate.

Do you handle kegs or draft systems

Yes, with advance notice. We can serve keg beer, manage tapping and pressure, and provide a backup plan for pour speed.

Do you offer frozen drinks or specialty equipment

Slush and specialty equipment are available by request and subject to power and space. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm feasibility.

What do your bartenders wear

Professional and event appropriate attire. We can match your palette or dress code if you share it in advance.

How are gratuities handled

We can place a discreet tip jar or add a service gratuity to your invoice. Choose the option that fits your event.

What are your payment methods and schedule

Apple Pay, Cash App, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. A retainer secures your date and the balance is due before service unless otherwise noted on your agreement.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy

Retainers are typically nonrefundable. If you need to move the date we will reschedule once when the calendar allows. Final terms appear on your proposal and agreement.

What happens to leftover alcohol

Any alcohol you supplied remains yours. If a retailer delivered, their return policy applies. We will help you right size the order to reduce excess.

Do you offer decor accents like florals or diamond details

Yes. Floral-friendly styling and diamond accents are available on request and can be coordinated to match your palette.

What if it rains or the event is outdoors

We can work under a covered area or tent. Please plan a weather backup for wind and heavy rain. We will advise on placement and power so service stays smooth.
