Service Area & Travel

We travel nationwide. Out of state bookings include a flat $100 dollar fee which covers the first 30 miles from the destination airport. After that, travel is billed at $1.00 per mile.

We typically plan one bartender per ~75 guests for mixed drinks. We will recommend additional staff or a satellite bar for higher volume plans.

FAQ

Do you provide alcohol?

Clients usually supply their own alcohol so they can pick labels and control budget. We can create a shopping list and coordinate with licensed retailers for pickup or delivery. Rules vary by state and venue. We will align the plan with local compliance.

How do I pick a package?

Start with guest count and service length. Signature fits most parties. Choose Premium for upgraded decor, more cocktails, and a barback for speed.

Can you do mocktails?

Yes. Add the Mocktail Bar for zero-proof craft drinks and custom menu design.

What about glassware and ice?

We can coordinate rentals, or you can supply your own. Add our Ice & Cooler package for complete ice management.
